The Rapid Organization of Ideas (ROI)

The Art of Learning to Think on Your Feet

You are asked a question you were not prepared for…

You are faced with a problem you have not anticipated…

You are unexpectedly asked to speak…

You have strong personalities vying for control in the room…

NOW WHAT?

This is an unexpected opportunity for: creativity, greater group participation and further demonstration of understanding…or for you to lose the room, fall on your face, and sink into a black hole.

Our Rapid Organization of Ideas Program (ROI) provides various techniques to help you think on your feet. Covered in this session are:

  • Five ways to quickly and logically frame, structure and present your ideas.
  • Four structures for organizing impromptu speeches
  • Handling Difficult People and Situations
  • The difference between responses and reactions
  • How to uncover Hidden Agendas And Issues
  • Averting Meeting Takeovers

Using the Rapid Organization of Ideas is an art and should be part of an effective communication strategy.

Our facilitators create an environment that is supportive and comfortable. Classes are small and provide individual attention, personal direction and coaching. Extensive videotaping and intensive feedback and coaching, allow participants maximum opportunity to see themselves as they are perceived by others and watch their progression.

Who Should Attend?

  • All leaders who present information, conduct meetings, manage people and desire to excel in the area of communication.
  • Managers and professionals whose roles depend on their ability to communicate successfully.

This program is limited to 12 people. This ensures each participant receives individual attention and has the opportunity to get practical experience.
