Each person has unique challenges and needs as a result of their tenure and/or experience. Our design team will take those things into consideration when developing a customized program. The session will be relevant to the business and the individual needs of each person.
The theme and design of our workshops are finalized once Performance Edge and your management team have met and agreed on: 1) the goals of the leadership team, 2) the attitudes, behaviors changes that need to take place within the team, and 3) the learning goals of each person.
