T.E.A.M.S. TM - Our Peak Performance System for Teams is a systematic process for changing team behaviors in a way that leads to increased performance. It is based on the principle that team performance can be improved using the following basic steps:
- Target Behaviors - Getting feedback from the team, customers, management, staff, peers and others on what target behaviors are needed for team success.
- Evaluate Current State - Assess teams current behaviors to create a roadmap and baseline for evaluation.
- Analyze Gaps - Identify the most significant gaps between target/current behaviors and competencies.
- Maximize Learning - Design training programs or a series of team building activities that will maximize learning and close gaps, change behaviors and increase the team’s effectiveness.
- Support Growth - Monitoring improvement, measuring progress towards behavioral goals, and take corrective action where progress is not being made.
