What is the difference between a good communicator and an exceptional one? Most people can list the characteristics of a good communicator. However, very few make the distinction between a good communicator an exceptional communicator.
Many leaders assume that they possess good communication skills and believe they are clearly communicating their message. Unfortunately, they are not on the receiving end of their communication and are blissfully unaware of how other people actually receive their messages.
How others perceive you as a communicator is a key factor for on-going success. Ask yourself, if someone played a video of the last message you communicated, would it be congruent with what you intended? Would it bring about the outcome you desired?
The workshop, "Uniquely You" will help you explore and discover:
- How you are perceived while communicating
- A variety of communication styles, vehicles and mediums available to uniquely communicate who you are and what you desire to communicate.
- How your behavior influences or hinders the success of your communication
- Which behaviors are effective for you and the impact of those behaviors on your success?
- Creating and developing a communication style that is uniquely yours
